For puppies between 8-16 weeks old on the first day of class. 

Class is Live Online conducted using Zoom and will require a high-speed internet connection and a computer or mobile device.  

This class is $160 for four sessions in total. Each session is approximately 50 minutes.

Prerequisite:  None! Open to all puppies up to 16 weeks.

Our Puppy Life Skills program prepares your puppy for success by giving them all the tools they need to be a well-rounded and happy pup. 

A puppy's normal behavior starts with growing up in a litter. Puppies play rough, growling, biting, barking, and chasing one another in a puppy litter. Most unwanted behaviors can be corrected if handled early with the right tools.

Never let a puppy start behavior that you won't like when it's an adult.

• Puppy Schedule. Feeding, exercise, quiet time, crate training
• Household Training. Potty training, separation anxiety, barking, chewing, jumping
• Biting, Chasing. Incorporating chew toys correctly
• Balance and Coordination Skills.
• Puppy Handling. Cuddle, catch, calm, restrain, nails, teeth, and ear care, vet visits, groomer visits
• Safe Socialization. New people, places, and environments with a calm and confident attitude
• Basic Manners. Look, sit, down, stand, settle in place

Find out how to potty train, chew toy train, and socialize your pup with people safely. Furthermore, we will discuss puppy biting, whining, and crying, as well as how to prepare your puppy for handling by veterinarians and groomers. Our training will also cover how to prevent house soiling, destructive chewing, and various household behavior problems.

Four classes ensure you receive important training at the earliest possible time. Handlers of younger puppies may elect to enroll in an additional session.

Before class, do not feed your puppy. Instead, bring training treats to class for use as lures and rewards while training. It's also a good idea to have some high-reward treats to reward your pup for their best behavior. Small, bite-sized treats are ideal because they won't fill your pup up or take long for them to eat.

• Flat Collar. A proper fit should allow you to fit two fingers comfortably under the collar when fastened.
• Leash. 6-foot nylon or leather
