Rally Excellent
For dogs one year and older
Class is Live Online conducted using Zoom and will require a high-speed internet connection and a computer or mobile device.
This class is $130 for four sessions. Each session is approximately 50 minutes.
Prerequisite: Completion of Rally Novice thru Advanced curriculum or AKC RA title.
Rally Excellent adds yet another level of teamwork between dog and handler as a continuance of Rally Advanced training. An additional 18 signs will be used, introducing jumps and sit-stay.
Course Curriculum:
- Rally Signs. Review sign instruction and practice execution (18 signs total for Rally Excellence)
It takes time and practice to master each sign, as there are subtle differences.
Dogs will work off-leash for this class. Handlers and dogs can expect to work on a few signs each week with an opportunity to practice in class, receiving immediate feedback from the trainer.
Training coursework is in four-week blocks, but more sessions will be necessary for a team to master the signs and perfect the overall performance.

- Collar. Choker chain
- Leash. Leather, any length

- Obedience Jump. Source: J&J Dog Supplies
- Lots of Small Treats.
- Cones. 6 small traffic cones
- Favorite Toy.
